Really bad approach. Blanket ban on use of PSCs in any part of the chain so this even seems to include consultancies, not just agencies. No kind of assessments done with anyone. Awful communication of the approach and took ages to come up with the policy Projects will definitely be delayed. People want to leave. Bad atmosphere
