Whilst I have not been engaged by the external Legal Assesser and the determination is late, I have been found outside IR35 based on both contract and working practices. My independent assessment also stated Outside. Shame others feel differently looking at the feedback.

Assessed as Inside due to time at Gilead. I had my contract independently assessed by Qdos as Outside and used the CEST which also stated Outside. Flawed assessment by Bird & Bird. Gilead requested that I continue Inside, I of course have resigned.
