Tata Motors were happy to give contracts angling us outside IR35 as all the risk was on the PSC but now they are liable their attitude and stance is somewhat different. Funny how they help when it suits them but shut the door when they might be at risk.. Most contractors are looking to leave the company. Geely is offering outside IR35 as they have legally tested and agree that is the case.. JLR are using this to drive down the rates.....

Told that all PSC are predetermined as inside even after CEST Tool check by the end client is we are outside. They say they know people are outside but as it doesn't cost them anything and mitigates the risks have made a blanket determination of inside. As a result of not being able to get new contractors some work has already gone to Italy!
