It's been months I can't remember!

After months of trying to get my expenses paid another call centre idiot tells me I will get it in my gross pay, I don't know how many time I have said don't work through you any more. Will some pleeeese put my expenses in my bank account, it is not that hard. It scares me that you people are looking after people's pay.
