"Individual assessments" have been made without consultation with any contractor. Everyone has the same answers regardless of actual contracts. Indeed, the answers entered into CEST mean that AIG are actually in breach of our contracts. Inside determinations for all with new contracts offered through an umbrella only. Nearly all contractors I have spoken to are leaving across the board from IT to Project Management.
