Unfair IR35 assessment
SDS based on their own rationale, Not CEST provided. Multiple mistakes made in their answers, Acknowledged no MOO but said that doesn't matter. In their opinion. Answers around control were fundamentally incorrect and its not clear where or how they got the answer. Seems that all contract resources have been deemed inside and the majority will be leaving. No chance they will be able to deliver their regulatory projects with this approach.
