The agency IR have issued contractors with a new contract with only hours to review which is written now as fully inside IR35 trying to force contractors inside ir35 even though off payroll working has been delayed all contractors unhappy and raised concerns with the agency , no idea why an agency would do this. The end client northumbrian water have confirmed they have not asked for any changes of this kind to the contracts
