I am frustrating when I cannot stop working even being sick my child and no holiday no right tax calculation when I can have a shrt period work few months in a year have job but without counting my annual earning for each week of my work taken 45% in sdvance and I should pay for accommodation and travelling from my part too? So how can I continue this fragile situation as no right to defend myself if hospital want to end my contract without notice as financial shortage happened and they are not able pay locums suddenly. So this need to be reviewed what about our rights? IR35 was disastrous decision for patients care as you killed enthusiasts in NHS workers.
