Unfair IR35 assessment

They used CEST, I was given SDS (inside IR35) at the end of January, I have challenged but not heard anything as of today. Human Resources which have NO understanding whatsoever of B2B contracts is handling this. The atmosphere among contractors is disappointed, the parent company in China wants to retain us but local HR is too scared of HMRC. I am feeling very unhappy myself, my working practices are clearly outside of IR35.
