Flawed approach to IR35, they allow SOW based approach through some 3rd party companies who deliver nothing but just a dummy warming of the bench. They let go lots of genuine contracts in the name of blanket ban but bring contractors through their favourite companies via SOW.

Decision delivered extremely late. No proper consultation, no individual assessment. Used CEST tool on my own initiative to discover it finds me outside of IR35, company saying tool isn’t 100% reliable. I feel Expedia Group have left decisions on IR35 too late with no involvement of current contractors. In summary, the options were in these words, leave or go under payroll scheme. Not happy at all.
