We will make no immediate changes to any contracts you hold in relation your engagement with Virgin Money and will continue to engage with you as per your current arrangement · Virgin Money will stand by the CEST status determination outcomes we have, and we do not intend to redo them, unless there is a material reason to do so, e.g. you take on a new engagement with us · We will keep the CEST status determinations outcomes on file and they won't be deleted, this is in line with both HMRC guidance and tax legislation · Any disputes raised will be closed out with immediate effect ·

No view of answers or guidance on what the questions were. Contracts do not appeared to have been taken into account - those undertaking the assessments do not know what is in the contracts!
