Boehringer massively benefit from a similar law in Germany so it felt like they were already ahead of the curve. The assessment was done quickly and they already have a process to follow up quarterly to ensure the work carried out is still as per the assessment. When extra work packages have been asked, they have moved fairly quickly to get these added as a contract addenda. I would not hesitate to get a contract with Boehringer again
