Working through a consultancy (via Gibbs Hybrid) who have carried out fair determination - accepted by AXA XL. I will continue to be outside IR35. However other contractors via Pontoon who have been in long roles, down in the mouth about going perm. Note; Gibbs Hybrid have been useless in the whole process - reactive and only there to pick up their percentage - avoid!
