Blanket bans, pretty much impossible to get deemed outside IR35. The whole situation has gone from 0 - 100 in a couple of weeks. Feedback from the agency has not been great with many questions left unanswered, leaving us in the dark. The fact that no formal decision is going to be released until the budget in March, leaving only approx 3 weeks to get sorted is insane. Hopefully, somebody sees sense and it gets delayed whilst all parties can properly adjust for the new legislation.
