Just been tipped off that LBG won't reverse blanket ban on PSCs, despite IR35 postponement. Expecting official confirmation that it is still Umbrella only. Shameful.

Unfair IR35 assessment
Blanket decision on no PSC. Individual assessment can be requested, results still pending after 2 weeks. Likely result is inside IR35 and a choice of PAYE/Umbrella. CEST used by HR to determine status. IT programmes at risk, some.contractors declared not to continue work inside IR35. The atmosphere is uncertainty.
