Gattaca (Matchtec)

I worked through Exact for a year, with various issues with pay. I was out of contract for some months and them went to sign back in with them with a different end client. I told them I needed to contribute to SIPP as I had done for the year; they said fine. I had a call the following day to say they only do SIPP contributions for existing contractors. I explained that I was, still had valid login etc, but they still said they wouldn't do SIPP. And I only find out this by asking why they missed the SIPP in the illustration. They were very unprofessional, and given the pay issues previously I would avoid altogether.

Central blanket assessment all inside IR-35 performed by managers told to implement some apparently personalised assessments - results mostly in contradiction of the terms of the contract. A very few are made outside-IR35 so the company can claim it's not universal. All extremely political and rather badly managed. Contractor morale has plummeted, most engineering managers are just realising most of their teams are walking, however senior management are beholden to decisions outside of their hands and they have neither personal responsibility or authority and so they don't really care and the the sniping at PSC contractors seems to have reached a "well it serves you right, greedy contractors".
