CEST used to complete assessment. Unwilling to accept contract T&Cs and working practices as evidence of Outside status. Appears to follow a corporate risk aversion/lack of understanding resulting in incorrect inside determination. Would not issue SDS until after IR35 implementation date. Heavy handed in trying to force contractors onto payroll or brollie.

Same here. SDS was a sham with same result for all regardless of written contracts or actual working practices. MWHT have allowed fear to rule reason and will now have to deal with consequences and skills shortages.
