Unfair assessments based on future working conditions, current working conditions not taken into consideration for appeal. Take it or Leave it Blanket approach. Unethically the employers NI passed on to the contractors.

Outside IR35 banned
Division: IT
Agent called to discuss a role inside IR35 in Edinburgh...you travel there, stay there, eat there at your own expence. PAYE and you can't claim any expences.

Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: Project Atlantic
Blanket, role-based assessment using CEST with flawed answers. Appeal ignored all evidence provided and their assessment was based on the future working conditions rather than the existing conditions.
