Unfair IR35 assessment

Blanket Assessment using CEST.
No individual assessments - notification that "you are all inside IR35". Completely disregarding any personal circumstance and showing zero evidence of "Reasonable Care" as required by statute.
PAYE contracts being issued by agencies from 1st April. Already derisory rates now going to be driven lower.
People are already / have already left - some for positions overseas. Projects will inevitably be impacted.
Sadly I am not surprised by this late and incoherent decision. I don't believe Nissan fully grasp the implications of what they have done - just taken the "easy option".
Class action next?
