Complete PSC ban. Unfair assessments. Meeting with CFO, Engineering & HR managers where we all got told they would class us as inside IR35, without giving anyone a proper and fair individual IR35 assessment with a professional assessor outwith the company. We had even all completed the CEST tool which suggested we were all outwith IR35. However it was obvious that the management had made the decision that it was easier to just blanket ban PSC. We were offered a 35% reduction in rate to be inline with staff, however without the security of staff and only on a 6 month PAYE salaried contract.
