Unhelpful customer support

Parasol seem to rely on standardised email responses which do not answer the queries made. It's so easy to leave and there are better firms out there.

Worst umbrella company that I've dealt with

Parasol have a confusing and contradictory system to negotiate in order to get payment. Support is non existent. It's so easy to change to another company.
