Company uses a lot of agency drivers to cover seasonal work and weekend shifts. Most if not all are currently in PSc companies. Most of agency supply I have spoken to will be looking to change careers and move out of road transport. Flexibility is key for most and do it trust umbrella companies. The nature of agency drivers is no PAYE offered anyway.
