Customer told the supplier to determine my status, supplier told customer it was their responsibility. Grow a pair you morons. In the end no assessment carried out and a blanket decision handed out. Now with the government delaying the introduction of the new rules why on earth wouldn’t you let Psc contractors continue? Absolute farce. Hmrc need to investigate these banks for making blanket decisions,not determining our status and hand out huge fines. Bunch of c***s the lot of them
