Impolite and unethical contracting

Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: IT Support Contract
These people are impolite and make contract's benifitting them and client, with termination clauses as immediate. which is against HMRC policies etc. Team is quite selfish, and do not answer the call's once they have terminated the contract. They are unable to just or give accurate reason for contract termination.
