I have control over all the issues I manage communication with target client and do the design and implementation of the project and working from home. I am the single resource on the project who is managing all aspects of it. Not going to give any more details from here. Probably because of remote line managers lack of information on IR35 KPMG has decided I fall inside, the decision hasn't reached to me yet. I will appeal with all the valid reasons once I have the decision. I will quit if I cannot change it. I have committed that I was going to finish that project but everything is out of my control because I only do Outside IR35 contracts. If I wanted to work for a company I would go work permanent. The project has many complex sides and either will fail or will be finished with a huge delay. I am marking this as "This is a short term / temporary measure" since I haven't appealed for it!

No SDS given. 50% contractors leaving. Projects impacted, they are prioritising projects.
