Unfair IR35 assessment
More outside contracts materialising on a daily basis, I believe lots of opportunities will arise from this, especially for smaller companies requiring the specialist consultancy, NOT worried in the slightest !!

Unfair IR35 assessment
90% of the contractors either set on leaving or searching for alternative outside IR35 options. Including international. When will these big companies wake up? Probably when the $h1t hits the fan on big projects, and/or the UK has lost some of its most skilled workers!"

Unfair IR35 assessment
Blanket determinations and role-based decisions is a huge flaw, short-sighted, knee-jerk and needlessly risk-averse, it is an approach that will see them lose out on the skills, flexibility and cost benefits enjoyed when compliantly engaging contractors outside IR35.
