Shambolic Parasol - Don't take calls, respond to emails or have any answers to their IT problems
Since their IT problems Parasol have been quite frankly been awful. Not taking calls, not responding to emails and live chats being of little value as questions remain unanswered.
Senior management do not have a Plan B in place to pay clients (the contractor).
Senior management have ducked the hard questions and left the responsibility to junior members of staff who lack the knowledge or experience to deal with the problem.
I have been promised call backs on numerous occasions and not one has materialized.
A posting on LinkedIn is required to ensure maximum exposure on social media as to the shambolic on goings,
I do hope funds are retained in a client account as I do see this being a sign of their pending demise!
