No consultation with myself and the SDS mentions contract terms and clauses that don't match with mine. Appeal was given lip services and rejected.
I'm forced to conclude that reasonable diligence and reasonable care have not been exercised when making the SDS, and it has not been done on an individual basis. I was provided with a “blanket” SDS, with only the name at the top having been changed to make it “my” SDS
