Blanket approach to roles. CEST used across the board with incorrect answers provided. Only communicated through agency email. Stipulating we are served notice on valid contracts from the 29th Feb and we must pick a preferred umbrella only by the 12th for contract reissue on the 1st of March. We haven’t see the new contracts and we cannot select our umbrella! Needless to say I’m leaving.

A blanket approach has been taken deeming 95%+ inside. No negotiation on rates. Contracts have been terminated as at 29th Feb with the expectation that everyone will simply sign up to work from a pre-selected umbrella company. No senior management have spoken to contractors directly.
