- CEST tool evaluation - Delivering a Finance transformation programme - CEST report was emailed by Viacom CBS HR (IR35 expert) to the Client, Recruitment agent and Contractor (me) immediately following the assessment - In my opinion the client answered the CEST tool questions correctly and the result (off payroll) aligned to my own assessment
