Unfair IR35 assessment
Division: Metering
IR35 assessment carried out by Petrofac using a tool provided by IR35 Shield. Questionnaire was approx 35% pre-completed (answers saying 'this question has been pre-answered') with no indication of what the answer was or who provided it. A complete whitewash to engineer an inside IR35 determination in my view. I have voted with my feet.
