AGS informs that WorldPay IR35 Project Team (HR) have not made their IR35 position known yet. Also said “it probably won’t be a blanket ban like other places have done, most likely individual assessments” ... but this doesn’t fill me with confidence this late in the day. People need to know, people need to decide if they want to continue with WorldPay or simply walk out come April. AGS have said if WorldPay’s decision is to make changes to current contract terms and conditions then the contracts will simply be updated come March-April. So a scenario could be outside until April 4th, then shift to inside on April 5th... (worst case) Contractors will be worried about being retrospectively investigates and any updates to a contract would require the contractor to agree/sign. else the contract should finish on April 4th or before if contractor does not accept. Notice periods would also not be applicable in this circumstances.
