There’s approx. 15 Ltd Co contractors working here. We were told the week before Christmas that there would be no more Ltd Co engagements after April (all current contracts end dates were March 2020). There will be some offers of permanent roles, some offers for PAYE, and some prob asked to leave. No-one knows who yet. It’s very stressful and not at all conducive to a good working environment. Seems like all engineering consultants are going the same or similar way so it looks like HMRC have killed the construction industry - skilled workers will just go elsewhere. I know I’m seriously considering it
