Unfair IR35 assessment

Claimed to do individual assessments, but in really as smoke screen and no reasonable care. One example of this was a guy to resigned a month ago and told tesco not to do an assessment as he was leaving this friday 28th feb. So he wasnt offered an extension as he was leaving, yet today he gets an email to say from april onwards he is assessed as being inside Ir35. Clearly blanket banding going on and no reasonable care being shown
