Cheap but you get what you pay for

Onboarding of current company was shambolic. Sometimes the VAT was filed without informing me, another time it wasn't filed until I authorised it. I was with JSA & everything was much smoother but JSA are more expensive. Don't expect to be able to get anyone on the phone - it's never answered.
